Return & Refund Policy
Our products are precisely formulated with organic ingredients to work for all skin types. Everyone's skin and routines are different so there are various factors that finding the perfect skin ritual. This is why we accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the product and will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping.

To initiate a return, login to your account and find and select the order and follow the steps to request a return. If you run into any issues you can access our chat support . We will review your return request within 48 hours and reply with the steps to complete the return process. Please do not send the product back without an approved return because we will not be able to accept it and process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification (via email or SMS) within 48 hours to notify you along with an approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. It may take up to seven (7) business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method statement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days of our refund notification then contact your credit card company as it may take them some time before your refund is officially posted. If you need further assistance contact customer service or email us at customer@sacredrituel.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace any defective or damaged product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using our customer service chat or email to customer@sacredrituel.com and we will create a new order. Please include the issue with the product with a picture and we will expedite a replacement order for you.
Shipping
If you are returning a product for a refund please follow our Return Policy above. We can supply you a return shipping label for returns through our customer support team once we have received your return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. USPS offers free tracking with USPS Priority and covers up to $99 in value if the product is lost or damaged.
